About Us

Welcome to Bank of India Shareholdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of India. Bank of India Shareholdings Limited (BOISL) was amalgamated on 14th September 1989 as a joint venture with Bank of India and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited with 51% and 49% of stake holding, respectively. In 2016, Bank of India purchased BSE’s stake in the company.

Bank of India Shareholdings Limited (BOISL) is registered with SEBI for undertaking the Depository Participant services for NSDL and CDSL Depositories since the year 1999. Presently, the company is engaged in the Depository Participant activity for NSDL and CDSL DP.
