Account Opening Process
We do not have Online account opening.
Clients who wish to open demat account – CDSL or NSDL may obtain the Account opening form from the Bank of India branches which provide demat services or from the Mumbai DP Head office.
Request for soft copy of Account opening can be done to boisldp@boisdp.com.
Account opening forms are also available at BOI Shareholding website www.boislindia.com.
Following are the Documents to be submitted along with Account opening forms :-
For Individuals – All the account holders
- Self attested and verified with Original by the bank copy of Pan card
- Original copy of Cheque with Name printed or Self attested copy
- CVL/CKYC form
- Sign on the space marked for signature
For Corporates
- Board Resolution.
- Memorandum & Article of Associations, & Certificate of Incorporation.
- PAN Card of the corporate entity sign and stamp and pan card of individual directors / signatories in the AOF duly self attested.
- Proof of address Registered /Correspondence.
- Proof of all individual directors / signatories, latest bank statement with name and transactions, ration card, latest landline telephone bill or electricity bill (copy self attested).
- Copy of SEBI registration certificate(if applicable).
- Photograph of all the signatories in the format provided( photograph must be sign across with stamp).
- Cancelled chequeof bank account (with name of company printed on it, MICR code and ifs code).
- CVL/CKYC form for the corporate entity and all the directors.
- GST No. with copy of certificate.
