Company was undertaking the Clearing Settlement activities of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd., since its inception and company was the first Clearing House in India to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification.

As an auxiliary business, company registered itself with SEBI as a Depository Participant for NSDL and CDSL-DP and is undertaking the depository participant activities since 1999.

Additionally, company had also undertaken the business of franking of stamp duty on the documents and was the first to obtain license from the Government of Maharashtra (GoM) in the year 2004 and was also the sole license holder for franking on Share Transfer Deed documents.

Company extended its business by obtaining license from the GoM for collection of Broker Turnover Stamp Duty in the year 2007 and was rendering the service to the Government of Maharashtra (GoM) since the year 2007-08 and to various other states viz., the state of Tamil Nadu, the state of Gujarat, the state of New Delhi, the state of Telangana, the state of Karnataka, the state of West Bengal and the state of Haryana.
2008
Company extended its Depository Participant activity by merging Bank of India’s DP activities (NSDL and CDSL) with the company from May 2023.
2023
From the Financial Year 2024-25, Company has started the activity of Distribution of Finical services, as the Corporate BSA of Bank of India, for Home Loan and Vehicle Loan.
